The new generation of the Bronco SUV, which will be the sixth in a row, is planned to be produced at a plant located in the state of Michigan. Production capacity there will be freed up after most models are moved to a factory in Mexico. The production of the Bronco will allow to load the production and save jobs.

Over the three decades of Ford Bronco production, five generations have changed, and the last car of this series left the assembly line in 1996. In 2004, the company presented the Bronco Concept, hinting at the possible return of the model, but it did not go beyond showing the prototype.
