The Mini John Cooper Works Rally, which has proven itself well at previous Dakar rallies, will be joined by the rear-wheel-drive Mini John Cooper Works Buggy.

Both rally cars are equipped with a three-liter diesel engine producing 340 hp and 800 Nm.

The Mini John Cooper Works Buggy is expected to compete with the factory Peugeot cars, which have been unbeaten in the buggy class for two years.
