Starting June 23, a high level of ultraviolet radiation is expected, so it is worth taking care of protecting your skin and eyes from the intense sun. The most effective protection from sunlight is considered to be clothing in dark shades, dyed with natural dyes.

On Thursday, June 24, residents will be able to see the third supermoon of 2021. The best conditions for observing the full moon will be in Odesa, where partly cloudy weather is expected.

In the Carpathians, daytime temperatures will rise to a maximum of 26 degrees, but thanks to the forests, the air will be noticeably cooler — trees act as a natural air conditioner. One tree per year produces a cooling effect comparable to ten air conditioners running non-stop. That is why the Carpathians with their vast forest areas are still considered the best climatic resort in Ukraine.

Black Sea resorts

On Wednesday, the Black Sea coast will have comfortable temperatures — around 25 °C, and from the next day the air will warm up to beach levels: 28… 31 °C. Mostly sunny weather is expected, with only occasional brief showers with thunderstorms.

Hrybivka will be the sunniest holiday spot this week. During the day, thermometers will rise to 30 °C, and at night the temperature will remain summer-warm — 20… 23 °C. The wind will be light throughout the week, with only possible gusts of northwest wind up to 4 m/s by Monday. The sea water will warm up to just over 20 degrees.

Karolino-Buhaz: during the day, an average of 29 °C is expected. Air humidity will be high — up to 92%, wind — from light to moderate. The water temperature off the coast of Karolino-Buhaz will be 19.5 degrees.

In Rybakivka, vacationers will enjoy resort weather with temperatures of 27… 29 °C. Throughout the week, precipitation is unlikely, and if a rain cloud does appear, the rain will be short-lived.

Crimea has not yet recovered from the recent flood, and rains continue. Intense precipitation is currently possible in the mountainous part of the peninsula. Air temperatures will remain around 27 °C.

Azov Sea resorts

On the Azov coast this week, partly cloudy skies are expected. The air will warm up to 28… 30 °C. Thunderstorms and rains are possible in places, but they will be short-lived. The water off the shores of the Azov Sea will warm up to 23 °C.

In Berdiansk, daytime temperatures will reach a maximum of 29 °C. Cloudiness will vary — sometimes increasing, sometimes dissipating. Rain is expected from Friday to Monday, with a possible thunderstorm on Saturday.

In Henichesk, it will be 30… 31 °C during the day, and up to 22 °C at night. From Thursday to Sunday, the sky will be overcast, with brief showers in places.

Carpathian resorts

In the highlands of the Carpathians, the warmest day is expected on Friday — up to 26 °C. On the weekend, thunderstorms and heavy rains are likely, which will lead to a drop in temperature to 17… 18 °C. At night in the mountains it will be cool — around 12… 14 °C.

In Zakarpattia, intense heat is expected this week — up to 35 °C during the day. Local precipitation is possible during the week.

In Truskavets, until Friday the temperature will gradually rise and reach 34 °C. On Saturday, thunderstorm rains will bring coolness — down to 24 °C. With the start of the next week, the air will warm up again to 27 °C.
