The company notes that the service, launched jointly with Mastercard, was a response to the demands of modern motorists. Since the advent of fuel payment technology without visiting a store, its popularity has been steadily growing. The increase has been especially noticeable recently: the share of turnover through the service has grown by more than 40%. The company is confident that this trend will continue. Expanding the range of products available for purchase through OKKO PAY, according to the marketing director of the OKKO gas station network, Vasyl Dmytryv, will be positively received by customers.
The OKKO PAY service, which allows paying for fuel directly at the pump via a smartphone, has been operating since the summer of 2017 and is now available at all gas stations in the network. The main advantage for the driver is the ability to pay for gasoline without entering the gas station building, saving time and minimizing unnecessary contacts. Today, through the app, you can pay not only for fuel but also for coffee, windshield washer fluid, and also order combo meals, hot dogs, burgers, rolls, pastries, drinks (including alcoholic ones), and personal protective equipment contactlessly. The list of available items is planned to be gradually expanded.
The ordering process remains the same and intuitive. After completing refueling via OKKO PAY, the app offers to go to the built-in online store. After selecting the desired goods, the customer pays for them with a bank card or bonuses from the Fishka loyalty program. You can receive your order right at the same pump where you just refueled your car. Usually, the wait does not exceed 10 minutes.
