As part of the KIA Care initiative, which covers 142 countries worldwide, including Ukraine, KIA Motors Corporation extends the factory warranty for all vehicles whose warranty service period ends between February 1 and April 30, 2020. The program provides for extending the warranty until June 30, 2020.
Also, the distributor company Falcon-Auto establishes a special procedure for passing maintenance during quarantine. Thus, if a KIA owner strives to adhere to quarantine measures to the maximum extent and does not leave home unless absolutely necessary, and the period from 01.02.2020 to 30.04.2020 falls on the next scheduled maintenance, the client can visit for such maintenance within a month after the end of quarantine without any penalties for non-compliance with deadlines.
