Under the signed agreement, FAW and Toyota will join forces in creating hybrid cars, electric vehicles, and hydrogen fuel cell transport. Thanks to this partnership, FAW expects to contribute to environmental protection and accelerate the development and introduction of electrified models. The joint work will also allow the companies to exchange experience and resources.

FAW is one of the world's largest manufacturers of passenger and commercial vehicles, as well as buses. The enterprise, founded in 1953, is considered the oldest and largest automotive group in China. The company sells more than three million cars annually.

Recall that the exclusive distributor of FAW in Ukraine is the AIS Group of Companies. In the coming months, the company plans to bring five new models to the local market at once: sedans, crossovers, light commercial vehicles, and trucks of small and large tonnage.

The FAW B30 offers a successful combination of convenience, functionality, and a low price. The model is suitable for both family use and commercial purposes. The car looks modern and attractive, allowing it to compete with models from global brands. Under the hood is a proprietary 1.6-liter naturally aspirated gasoline unit CA4GB16, which shares common roots with Volkswagen engines. The engine develops 109 horsepower at 5500 rpm, and peak torque of 155 Nm is achieved at 3600 rpm. Paired with the engine is a Japanese 6-speed automatic transmission AISIN. The manufacturer declares an average fuel consumption of 6.7 liters per 100 km. The equipment includes safety systems ABS, EBD, TCS, ESP, two front airbags for the driver and passenger, central locking, and an immobilizer. The car body is reinforced with a 3H structure, which increases its rigidity. Eagle-eye LED headlights provide brighter road illumination.

The car can be purchased on credit, leasing, or through the Trade-In exchange program. FAW B30 owners also receive free assistance service.

In addition, at the end of November, sales of another model will start in the official AIS dealer network — the compact crossover FAW X40.
