The new milk tanker of Ukrainian production is designed for transporting milk, drinking water, and food liquids with a density of no more than 1.03 kg/dm3. Potential buyers of the new vehicle are specialized enterprises engaged in the transportation and/or processing of food liquids.
Trucks manufactured in CIS countries, China, and other countries with a load capacity of 4.0 to 5.0 tons can be used as the base chassis for the production of the new milk tanker.
The tanker is manufactured in accordance with the state standards of Ukraine (GOST 15150-69, version "U"). It is designed for operation at ambient temperatures from -20°C to +40°C, and relative humidity up to 80% at a temperature of +15°C. The tank is filled by external means (pumps) installed at the product intake points.
The tank has a volume of 4.2 cubic meters and consists of an internal two-section body made of food-grade stainless steel, which is easy to clean and does not react chemically with the transported products. Thanks to the presence of two sections, the new milk tanker can simultaneously transport two types of liquids.
On the outside, the tank is lined with thin-sheet structural, low-carbon, or stainless steel (at the customer's request). The space between the bodies is filled with thermal insulation material that prevents the liquid temperature from changing by more than 2°C over 10 hours (with a temperature difference between the liquid and the environment of 30±2°C).
The internal body consists of two rigidly connected elliptical sections with necks and flanges. Breather valves are installed in the necks. In the lower part of the sections, there are shut-off devices.
At the customer's request, the tank can be equipped with or without liquid volume measuring devices.
