Earlier, the AIS Group of Companies reported a raider attack by the business structures of Alexander Yaroslavsky (DCH Group, LLC "ZhK Vozdvizhenka") and the illegal blocking of the work of a number of AIS auto centers (car dealerships, service stations) in Kyiv ("Avtokvartal na Baltiyskom"), Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Odesa, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Kropyvnytskyi, Chernihiv, Cherkasy.
To block the work of these facilities, a corruption-raider scheme was used: entering information about a fictitious criminal case into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations, issuing dubious court decisions, and seizing and transferring property to the management of the National Agency of Ukraine for Finding, Tracing and Management of Assets Derived from Corruption and Other Crimes (ARMA).
ARMA, without holding an open tender and without complying with the procedures stipulated by the legislation of Ukraine, transferred these real estate objects to the management of the enterprise LLC "ZhK Vozdvizhenka" (http://www.dch.com.ua/ru/invest_port/new/), which is part of the business structure of Alexander Yaroslavsky.
Despite the aggressive actions by DCH Group, the AIS Group of Companies continued its work in these cities on the basis of alternative facilities and fulfills all obligations to Customers.
The crushing defeat in the elections of the previous corrupt-criminal regime, which facilitated hundreds and thousands of raider seizures across Ukraine using a similar scheme, as happened with AIS, made it possible to radically turn the situation around.
Despite pressure and threats to judges, the placement of dozens and hundreds of paid "fake" news about the AIS Group of Companies and its founders, and opposition from the "national state raider" ARMA, illegal court decisions began to be reviewed.
Thus, in May-June of this year, the legal owner – the AIS Group of Companies – was returned facilities in the cities of Dnipro and Kropyvnytskyi, whose work will be resumed in the near future! The company is actively working to return the remaining illegally seized facilities by DCH Group (LLC "ZhK Vozdvizhenka").
The AIS Group of Companies officially warns representatives of various commercial organizations, including participants in the automotive market, to whom LLC "ZhK Vozdvizhenka" or its related structures may offer to conclude lease agreements for illegally seized AIS facilities. Such tenants face high risks of losing invested financial and human resources due to the return of these facilities to the legal owner – the AIS Group of Companies.

Additionally, we inform that on June 4, 2019, in Dnipro, ordered by Yaroslavsky and his business structures (DCH Group, LLC "ZhK Vozdvizhenka"), another attempt was made to seize the AIS service station at Berehova Street, 208, using "titushky" and representatives of illegal armed gang formations. The attempt was prevented by official security structures and the National Police of Ukraine.
