In particular, the protest took place on December 12, 2018 in Kyiv, Yaroslavsky Lane 1/3, HUB 4.0, as part of the event “Asset Management: Successes and Challenges in ARMA's Work” held by the national agency ARMA.

During the action, protesters, driven to despair, carried out a “garbage lustration” of ARMA head Anton Yanchuk. As a result of illegal actions, gross violations of procedures and rules, and possible corrupt actions by ARMA, hundreds of employees of AIS auto centers have been left without work for several months. In particular, protesters claim that:

- when transferring arrested AIS objects to the manager, ARMA allowed a conflict of interest, since the manager and the party to the debt conflict are controlled by the same person – the owner of the DCH Group, Oleksandr Yaroslavsky;

- the selection of the manager (which became LLC “ZhK Vozdvyzhenka”) was carried out with gross violations of legislation and procedures, no open bidding was held, and the manager's material and technical base and staff were not assessed. Thus, dozens of highly specialized facilities with an area of 100 thousand sq. m. across Ukraine were transferred to a company with no experience in the auto business, which previously sold apartments, has a staff of 3 people and an authorized capital of one thousand hryvnias;

- the asset valuation was not carried out properly, as a result of which its owners risk losing part of them, and the manager may hide part of the income from their operation;

- deliberate ignoring of court decisions was allowed when transferring objects to managers, which is essentially raiding;

- material damage was caused to the state budget, property owners, tenant entrepreneurs and employees as a result of months-long blocking of the operation of facilities.

The national agency ARMA has already become the subject of a number of scandals and journalistic investigations, among which we can note publications: Ukrainska Pravda, Radio Svoboda, VESTI and others.

The main accusations voiced in journalistic investigations are traditional for Ukrainian realities – budget embezzlement, abuse, corruption.

Earlier, AIS employees already held a number of protests against ARMA's actions, and currently an indefinite picket of ARMA's central office in Kyiv continues. Official appeals have also been sent to a number of international organizations supporting Ukraine in the fight against corruption: the EU Delegation to Ukraine, the EU Anti-Corruption Initiative in Ukraine, Transparency International Ukraine.

The protesters plan to initiate the removal from office of Anton Yanchuk, who allows gross violations in property management and does not respond to requests and facts of violations.
