In protest against the actions of the mentioned structures, employees of car centers and service stations in Kyiv held warning rallies on October 23, 2018, with a number of demands, including the main one – to unblock the work of car centers and service stations in the cities of Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Zaporizhzhia, Chernihiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Cherkasy.

Given the ignoring of all the main demands, employees of the national network of AIS car centers and service stations from October 30, 2018, begin an indefinite protest action against the actions of ARMA. The protest will take place in front of the central office of ARMA in Kyiv, with participants being employees of car dealerships and service stations from all over the country. The AIS group of companies once again draws attention to gross violations in the actions of LLC "ZhK Vozdvyzhenka" and ARMA:

Appeals to law enforcement agencies have been prepared regarding all illegal actions of LLC "ZhK Vozdvyzhenka" and ARMA.
We emphasize that if the demands of the labor collectives of car dealerships and service stations are not met, several thousand employees and their family members will be left without work and means of subsistence.
We declare that the car dealerships and service stations transferred by ARMA to the management of LLC "ZhK Vozdvyzhenka" are not functioning, and LLC "ZhK Vozdvyzhenka" ignores the negotiation process on possible long-term lease of the facilities. As a result of blocking the work of the network of showrooms and service stations by ARMA and LLC "ZhK Vozdvyzhenka", the state budget of Ukraine loses at least UAH 5.0 million per month, which AIS enterprises are ready to pay ARMA in the form of rent. Also, the state budget of the country suffers losses of at least UAH 10 million per month in the form of unpaid taxes and fees. Thus, annual budget losses can be estimated at UAH 180 million.
The company once again states that despite attempts to block its work, it intends to continue its activities in all cities of its presence and guarantees customers the fulfillment of all its obligations.
