The KrASZ-M4САТ5 tanker has a tank capacity of 5 cubic meters and is built on the MAZ 4381 chassis.

The new fuel tanker models are designed for transporting, short-term storage, and refueling of vehicles with light petroleum products with a density of no more than 830 kg/m3 and will be an excellent fit for agricultural companies operating in the field, as well as other customers with their own vehicle fleets.
The vehicles were developed and put into serial production by the PO "Avto-Holding" plant, which specializes in the production of specialized equipment, dump trucks, and vans. The tanks for the fuel tankers are designed on the principle of similarity. The tank body is made of sheet carbon steel (steel 09G2S GOST 8541: 2015), divided into two equal compartments, reinforced inside with frames, which makes it possible to transport different types of fuel or gasoline with different octane numbers. Also, transverse baffles are installed in each compartment, which strengthen the reliability of the entire tank structure and prevent water hammer.
Thanks to the special design of the tank, a constant temperature regime is maintained inside. As a result, the probability of ignition of the fuel mixture is minimized. In addition, maintaining the temperature at one level prevents fuel evaporation during transportation.
The ability to use the vehicles as a mobile gas station is provided by the presence of a drain pump, a fuel dispensing tap in the form of a pistol, and a meter.
The electrical equipment of the fuel tanker consists of the vehicle's electrical equipment and additional equipment with appropriate protection degrees of IP 54 and IP 65 in accordance with the international standard IEC 60529.
It should be noted that MAZ continues to hold a leading position in the Ukrainian market for new trucks. Based on the results of 8 months of 2018, MAZ sales growth amounted to 30% compared to the same period last year. Thus, during the specified period, 604 units of MAZ were sold compared to 464 in the same period of 2017!
