The largest dealer of Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles has become a supplier of LOHR Service services and original spare parts for the repair of LOHR brand car carrier systems in Ukraine.
The Mercedes-Benz dealer center «ATLANT», the largest and most experienced player in the Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle market in Ukraine, as a result of successful negotiations with the management of the LOHR group of companies from the head office in France, signed a service contract with LOHR Service. The signing procedure was accompanied by a press conference, which was also attended by heads of the largest Ukrainian companies – carriers of passenger cars: Avtologistika, ZHEFKO Ukraine, N-Trans, Express-T, Koval Trans Group, Winner Automotive, AVT Bavaria, BLG VIDI Logistics, Hödlmayr Logistics Ukraine, ALT-AVTOGRUP, Stoik Auto.
LOHR Service is a division of the French group of companies LOHR, specializing in maintenance, repair, modernization and sale of spare parts for car carrier systems manufactured by LOHR Industrie. Official suppliers of LOHR Service services and spare parts are localized in almost all European Union countries and are now also available to Ukrainian customers at the Mercedes-Benz «ATLANT» enterprise.
According to the service contract, the Mercedes-Benz «ATLANT» commercial vehicle center will provide a wide range of maintenance services, which will include warranty and post-warranty repair of LOHR car carriers, as provided by LOHR Service, as well as the supply of original spare parts manufactured by LOHR Industrie. An important part of this agreement is the obligations to customers, namely a six-month warranty on spare parts for LOHR car carrier systems, provided they are installed at the official LOHR Service «ATLANT» service.
«We consider the signing of the service contract as the first step towards official partnership of Mercedes-Benz «ATLANT» with LOHR Service in the field of repair of LOHR car carrier systems in Ukraine. To this end, a full warehouse of spare parts will be created and appropriate qualification of service personnel will be ensured; service employees will undergo training at the specialized French LOHR service center already in June this year», – said Norbert Eckert, General Director of LOHR Service.
The second part of the event was the ceremonial delivery of a batch of new Mercedes-Benz Actros 1841 LS NRA trucks – low-frame car carrier tractor units coupled with restored LOHR Eurolohr 1.21 car carrier systems for the company «Energia» LLC, specializing in international transportation. It is noteworthy that the car carrier systems manufactured in 2004-2005 were fully restored at the Mercedes-Benz «ATLANT» body repair center and got a «second life».
«Since 2017, we have updated our fleet with eleven new Mercedes-Benz Actros trucks with LOHR car carrier systems. Signing the service contract between Mercedes-Benz «ATLANT» and LOHR Service is also an advantage for us as a customer, because we will carry out maintenance of trucks together with car carrier systems here at Atlant, which optimizes the time and financial costs of our company», – commented Vladimir Strupov, Director of «Energia» LLC.

We also provide a six-month warranty on restored LOHR car carrier systems – this is another advantage for customers that we have gained thanks to the service contract with LOHR Service.
