The new model is primarily aimed at buyers in the United States and will be built on the extended version of the platform that underlies the Stelvio crossover (pictured). At the same time, the manufacturer has not yet disclosed official technical specifications.
It is expected that the car will be about 200 kg heavier than the Stelvio, and the engine lineup will be borrowed from the same model. There is also a possibility that the seven-seat version will feature a hybrid powertrain.
The premiere of the new Alfa Romeo flagship is scheduled for next year.
