For seven weeks, from January 15 to March 4, a campaign will be held at all OKKO gas stations aimed at raising awareness among road users about road safety, namely the need to constantly use seat belts. All those wishing to participate in the campaign must bring a seat belt buckle stopper to an OKKO gas station and hand it in at the cash register, scanning their Fishka card. At the end of the campaign, all collected stoppers will be disposed of.

“Unfortunately, many drivers ignore the use of seat belts while driving, preferring stoppers instead. This poses a serious threat to the lives of the driver and passengers,” says Anna Tikhovska, sustainability manager at OKKO. “At our gas stations, we not only do not sell stoppers, but also urge drivers to hand in those purchased elsewhere. We hope to draw public attention to road safety and awaken driver awareness.”
During the campaign, 1,400 liters of fuel will be raffled among all participants: 10 winners will be randomly selected each week, each receiving vouchers for 20 liters of fuel. The winners' names will be updated every Monday on the okko.ua website (in the “News” section).
During the entire campaign period, participants can hand in an unlimited number of stoppers. However, each week a participant gets only one chance to be included in the drawing. For more details on the official rules of the campaign, please visit: http://bit.ly/2DJQURr.
