Renault AIS Avtokray became one of the first car centers to meet the new standards of the manufacturer's plant. A professional team of sales consultants, comfortable customer areas for negotiations and relaxation, virtual assistants when choosing a car, representative offices of banks, leasing and insurance companies, a dedicated "sport" zone in the showroom to promote performance versions of cars, and Renault Pro+ for servicing commercial vehicle customers, the largest fleet of cars for consumer tests in the country. Everything that was previously available to premium brand customers has become a reality for Renault AIS Avtokray customers.
Over five years of operation, 2000 happy owners of new Renault cars have become customers of AIS Avtokray. 11,000 Renault owners have used the services of the service station.
As a result of 2015, Renault AIS Avtokray became the best Renault dealer center in Ukraine and every year is included in the honorable TOP5 of this rating.
Renault AIS Avtokray was one of the first in the country to conduct staff training on sales and service maintenance for the launch of Renault electric vehicle sales.
As noted by the director of Renault AIS Avtokray Yuriy Krasnozhon, the company plans to maintain its leading position in retail sales of Renault passenger cars in Ukraine, and to take a leading position in sales of commercial vehicles and electric vehicles. As a result of 6 months of 2017, with sales of 4939 units of passenger and commercial Renault vehicles, it takes first place in the new car market. Sales growth was 55%, the brand's market share reached 12.4%. Renault AIS Avtokray sold 350 cars during this period.
Renault AIS Avtokray is one of four car centers of the AIS Group of Companies in Ukraine. Renault dealer centers also operate in Odessa, Zaporozhye, and Chernigov. 14% of all Renault cars sold in Ukraine are sold at AIS car centers.
