The summer menu features more than 10 new dishes, including both classic recipes and unusual original interpretations. Alongside the main menu update, the regional cuisine festival "Tastes of Campania" has also kicked off.

Campania, with its capital in Naples, is considered one of the trendsetters of gastronomic fashion in Italy. For example, it was here that pizza was invented, with mussels and potatoes as its main ingredients. Tender mussel meat and thinly sliced potato rounds, along with ricotta cheese, generously cover the thin dough, are dressed with a creamy sauce, and baked in the oven. The result is a hot, crispy pizza with an unusual flavor.

The cuisine of Campania is characterized by a wide variety of fish soups. Now at Pasta Mia you can have lunch with one of them – for example, carrot cream soup with pieces of salmon and green tagliatelle pasta. In addition to its gastronomic component, it also looks very appetizing.

With the arrival of the summer season, the list of juicy vitamin salads has also expanded – panzanella, caprese, and cesare. Panzanella is a mix of different varieties of tomatoes and green salads combined with dark, fleshy Kalamata olives, dressed with olive oil. Caprese salad is prepared according to the traditional recipe from tomatoes, mozzarella, and arugula, dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. This last authentically Italian product gives the salad special fruity-wine notes and promotes better metabolism in the body. Cesare is the Italian version of the famous French salad "Caesar." The secret of its preparation at Pasta Mia is that it includes not only bacon but also tender chicken meatballs, and instead of croutons, mini sandwiches with pesto and feta cheese are served.

Continuing the gastronomic journey through Italy at Pasta Mia restaurants, we recommend ordering a portion of brandade (pork and vegetables baked with grated cheese) with potatoes, or trying polenta (a dish based on cornmeal porridge) with chicken liver. And to refuel on the road later, you can take with you a classic Italian piadina sandwich with ham and cheese, mini calzones with pepperoni or with chicken and mushrooms, or panini with chicken or teriyaki pork.

Of course, no Italian meal is complete without beloved coffee. With the signature 100% Arabica at Pasta Mia, we recommend trying an appetizing croissant or a lemon tart with meringue (a protein-sugar cream-like meringue).
