The official distributor of Mitsubishi cars in Ukraine, MMC Ukraine, is organizing a unique off-road test drive of the entire model lineup with the participation of the world rally legend, two-time winner of the Dakar Rally, driver Hiroshi Masuoka. The events will take place in five cities of Ukraine, and everyone can attend them.
This event is being organized for the second time. Last year, Hiroshi Masuoka visited Ukraine for the first time when sales of the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport model were just starting. Today, the flagship of the brand's model range can already boast an award in the "Car of the Year 2017" competition, where the model became the best in its segment. It embodies the concept of a stylish and comfortable SUV, ideal for both the city and the most extreme road conditions. To prove the reliability and off-road capability of the flagship of the Mitsubishi lineup, the company invited a famous driver who can get the maximum out of the car and demonstrate unprecedented skill off-road.
Hiroshi Masuoka is a world rally legend. He won first places on tracks in the UAE, became a multiple champion of the Japanese JFADA rally championship, a two-time prize-winner of the Pikes Peak hill climb competition, won the Italian "Baja" rally, and became the first Japanese to win the famous Dakar Rally twice in a row. Thus, he is one of the few world stars who managed to become the best driver on all continents. Currently, he is a representative of the manufacturer Mitsubishi, participating in events on various brand vehicles. His unique skills and knowledge are successfully used for car development. In addition, he serves as a test driver, trains Mitsubishi drivers, and takes part in local and foreign test drives and events.
Test drives will take place on specially prepared tracks in five cities of Ukraine: June 10 in Kharkiv, June 11 in Dnipro, June 15 in Lviv, June 17 in Kyiv, and June 18 in Odesa. Everyone will be able not only to ride with the world rally legend but also to independently test all vehicles and verify the first-class off-road characteristics of any of the models: Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, Mitsubishi L200, Mitsubishi Outlander, and Mitsubishi ASX.
