Starting in May, guests can try both summer dishes of traditional cuisine and unusual gastronomic novelties.
Fans of culinary experiments at A la minute are offered to try corn soup with coconut milk. Its delicate and somewhat exotic taste contrasts successfully with the crispy grissini sticks served with the dish. This soup is very popular in Thailand, China, and other countries of Southeast Asia. But at the A la minute chain, they are convinced that for thousands of Ukrainians who plan their stops at the tasty 'OKKO' filling stations, it will become a real gastronomic discovery of the season. At the same time, fresh and hearty green borscht will be an excellent first course option for those who prefer more traditional cuisine. The aromatic sorrel borscht, so loved by Ukrainians in the spring-summer season, is served at A la minute restaurants with a boiled egg and a portion of thick sour cream.

Seasonal novelties have also appeared in the salad menu. Fans of more classic flavors are recommended to try a light and fresh spring salad of young cabbage, radish, and cottage cheese. It goes best with traditional Ukrainian sour cream. For innovators – a salad with cured pork and feta cheese. This is a harmonious mix of tender smoked pork that melts in the mouth, fresh lettuce leaves, and juicy slightly salty feta.
At some A la minute restaurants (at the busiest filling stations), you can try another salad that will delight special gourmets – with chicken and avocado. This is an incredible play of flavors, combining grilled chicken fillet, aromatic fresh strawberries, exotic tender avocado, juicy spinach, and iceberg lettuce, dressed with a signature sesame sauce. Salads or side dishes go well with spicy wings fried to a crispy crust or appetizing and juicy chicken drumsticks.

It never hurts to take 1-2 paninis from A la minute on the road – for example, with chicken or pork teriyaki. The second option has a spicy, somewhat piquant taste with notes of Asia. Tender, sweet-salty fried pieces of pork teriyaki are harmoniously complemented by juicy pickled carrots and fresh iceberg lettuce leaves. Or you can try a chicken panini, whose special flavor is given by delicate cream cheese, fresh crispy lettuce leaves, juicy tomato, and a piquant-spicy ginger sauce. When you want to take a break during the trip and have a snack, both novelties are an ideal option.

To feel the approach of summer literally in taste, you should order a piece of pie with seasonal fruits at the A la minute restaurant. Crispy shortcrust pastry with a delicate creamy cheese filling and juicy seasonal berries perfectly combines with signature coffee. And especially with cold cocktail novelties – cappuccino fredo, coffee glacé, or banana cocoa.
