At the company's production facilities - the Avto-Holding plant, Kremenchug, a bread van based on the MAZ 4371 "Zubrenok" chassis was developed and launched into serial production. Today it is the most spacious of all "bread van" models presented in Ukraine.
The vehicle is designed for transporting 240 bread trays. The bread van has a reinforced structure and takes into account the specifics of the transported cargo. The van's subframe is made of longitudinal and transverse channels. The van's frame is made of a metal profile pipe, the outer walls are clad with composite materials, and the inner walls are clad with galvanized sheet. The walls and ceiling are insulated with polystyrene. The van floor is moisture-resistant plywood with an anti-slip coating. The outer frame of the van is made of anodized aluminum profile. The door opening is made of stainless steel. The van doors are hinged with an opening angle of 180°. The fittings and fasteners are made of stainless or galvanized steel; double-ridge rubber seals on the van doors prevent moisture and dust from entering.
The chassis of the bread van is the MAZ "Zubrenok", one of the most popular vehicles in the MAZ model line. The vehicle has one of the maximum load capacities in the class of medium-tonnage urban vehicles. The loading height is only 1.1 m, which is optimal for operation in urban conditions. An economical and reliable turbo diesel engine of Euro-5 standard MMZ D-245.35 and a 6-speed manual gearbox Shaanxi Fast Gear (developed by Eaton Corporation (USA). The MAZ 4371 is ideally equipped for transporting goods in the city and suburbs, as it has low weight and axle load distribution that allows free movement around the city in accordance with traffic rules.
