Striving to constantly offer its guests delicious novelties, since the end of March the signature pastries of the OKKO network have been presented with an updated assortment, which can be tried at 160 gas stations across Ukraine.
Now in the cafes at OKKO you can enjoy not only the beloved classic – the French croissant, but also order new items – a croissant with ice cream or chocolate, or open puff pastries danish with cherry or with apple and cinnamon. The dough for all these products is made using French technologies, which allows it to be both airy and crispy. Only natural imported ingredients are used for the fillings, which together form the unique taste of pastries at OKKO.
“We set an ambitious task for our pastry technologists – to create a product that, in terms of recipe characteristics, would meet all the standards of classic French pastries, and in terms of taste sensations would be perceived as products from a home bakery, just taken out of the oven. Judging by the fact that literally from the first days of launch the new pastries are already very popular, especially in combination with 100% Arabica, we conclude that our efforts were not in vain and have earned high praise from the guests of the gas stations,” comments Oksana Dzhus, head of the cafe network management at OKKO.
