It is worth recalling that the Honda CR-V has more than once received the status of a bestseller. Since 1997, more than 750,000 such cars have been sold in Europe, with almost 50,000 of them in 2014.

By the way, according to the results of 2013, the CR-V became the most sought-after SUV in the world. Total sales amounted to 703,562 units, which was the best indicator among all SUVs on the global market.

In Ukraine, the updated CR-V is offered with a 2.4-liter i-VTEC petrol engine from the Earth Dreams series, producing 188 horsepower. Thanks to the new engine, the model's dynamics have improved compared to the previous version: the maximum speed now reaches 190 km/h, torque is 245 Nm at 3900 rpm. Acceleration to 100 km/h has also become faster and takes 10 seconds, which is 6.5% better than the pre-restyling version.

Fuel efficiency has also noticeably increased. The 2.4-liter i-VTEC is paired with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), which made it possible to reduce fuel consumption by 6% — to 6.5 l/100 km on the highway and 7.9 l in the combined cycle.
