The concept car is intended to "set the direction for the development of the brand's design, especially in the segment of premium and dynamic sedans of the next generation." Designers from Acura's California studio worked on the project. Judging by the published image, the car will feature a sloping roof forming a coupe-like profile. Some features of this show car will be used in the creation of future four-door models ILX and TLX. The company notes that Precision will become a starting point for expanding the sedan lineup.
