Chinese low-capacity motorcycles will be fitted with "flashing lights", a siren, and additional panniers. The motorcycle patrols are planned to be used for responding to accidents and various city patrol events.
Some will be pleased that money was saved when purchasing the motorcycles, though it is not yet clear how reliable the Chinese equipment will prove to be.
