According to the consulting company 'A-95', the main driver of the price increase was the 'Privat' association, which is the largest player in the fuel market. At the gas stations of this group, prices for all types of fuel increased by 20 kopecks. Following it, other market participants also raised their prices. This was most noticeable at the 'Lukoil', 'Tatneft', 'TNK' and 'Shell' chains. Other operators also decided not to lag behind the leaders. The full picture can be seen in the comparative table.

It is worth noting that the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has previously repeatedly advised gas station owners to bring prices in line with market conditions.
