Automakers say that such an increase became possible thanks to special duties and recycling fees.
Meanwhile, car importers claim that due to the introduction of special duties, sales of small cars decreased by 7%, dozens of car dealerships simply closed, and customers, not wanting to overpay or buy domestic cars, are waiting for the cancellation of special duties.
