Production of the Aston Martin Lagonda is expected to begin in 2017, and it will be based on the platform of the new Mercedes-Benz GL model. The British company assured that they will make every effort to in no way reveal the "open secret" that Mercedes-Benz and AMG engineers actively participated in the development of the "Lagonda".
