Russian engineers do not hide data on power units. For Lada Vesta, three engine options with a volume of 1.6 liters are provided. In the top configuration, the car will be equipped with an engine from the Renault-Nissan alliance, developing 114 horsepower. The other two engines are of domestic development, with a capacity of 87 and 106 hp. The first is eight-valve, the second is sixteen-valve. As a transmission, a five-speed manual or a five-speed robotic gearbox will be offered.

The price has also been announced: the base version will cost from 400,000 rubles, which at the exchange rate on November 27, 2014 was 125,750 hryvnias.
