Actually, this car is not particularly well-known in Ukraine, but it is well known abroad: the car is intended for individual markets in Asia, Africa and South America. The Toyota Fortuner is based on the Hilux pickup truck platform and has been produced since 2004.
But let's move on directly to the main character of the article – the Fortuner GR Sport. It differs from the standard SUV, in particular, by "angry" sporty bumpers, "reinforced" sills, a dark enlarged radiator grille with a different structure (instead of crossbars – a kind of honeycomb structure), two-tone 18-inch alloy wheels, and GR badges. Inside the car – leather upholstery and multimedia with a 9.0-inch screen. The color palette is quite diverse: shades Super White, Silver Metallic, Dark Grey Mica Metallic, Attitude Black and Phantom Brown Metallic are announced.
As for the technical part – no changes. The Fortuner GR Sport is available with two engines: a 2.7-liter petrol engine with 163 hp and a torque of 247 Nm, as well as a 2.4-liter turbodiesel with 149 hp and 400 Nm. Both units work in conjunction with a 6-speed automatic transmission, drive – exclusively rear.
