From what we see, the unnamed "electric car" resembles, in particular, the electric crossover Hyundai Kona Electric in terms of design (similar "grille", the same narrow optics), but in profile the new product reminds of... Volkswagen Passat NMS, which is sold in the USA and China.

Most likely, the new product is intended for the Asian market – it is there that large sedans are held in high esteem (Europe and America are more interested in hatches and crossovers).

Let us recall that currently the Hyundai lineup includes two electric vehicles – the aforementioned Kona, as well as the liftback Ioniq Electric (not counting the recently presented Ioniq 5 hatch, which will be produced under a separate brand). The first is offered with a battery capacity of 39 kWh (250 km) and 64 kWh (395 km), the second – only with a 38.3-kilowatt-hour block (250 km). It is possible that the upcoming four-door will inherit one of these batteries.
We note that from 2040 Hyundai intends to fully switch to the production of electric vehicles.
