TOP-5 cheapest used electric cars on the Ukrainian market

Electric cars have been with us for just over 10 years (since the appearance of the first production models): during this time, not only has the range of new cars expanded, but the supply of such models on the secondary market has also noticeably increased.

Moreover, some electric cars are available at relatively low prices – at the level of budget fuel cars.

Autoportal has compiled a list of the cheapest electric cars that can be found on the Ukrainian used car market. In total, we selected five models.

The cheapest electric cars in Ukraine:

Nissan Leaf

Range: from 128 km

The leader of this rating is the Nissan Leaf. The Japanese electric hatchback has long been well established in our country – for several years it has been the best-selling EV in Ukraine. Prices for this car vary greatly, but the cheapest examples are offered on average for 7-9 thousand dollars. However, there is one important detail: it is extremely important to test the battery before buying. It may be "dead".

BMW i3

Range: from 160 km

Another compact electric hatchback with a small range, but not a "middle-class" car, but a real "premium". Prices are therefore higher (and what else could be expected from BMW?) – the cheapest "i-three" are sold in Ukraine from 13.5-14 thousand dollars.

Volkswagen e-Golf

Range: from 130 km

Next to the BMW i3, you can put another interesting electric car for little money – the e-Golf. This is a full-fledged 7th generation Golf (same design, technologies), but on "batteries". Theoretically, the electric Golf could have become a world bestseller, but it was let down by its modest range and high price. However, on the secondary market, the car really does not cost that much – in Ukraine, such a car can be bought for 13-14 thousand dollars.

FIAT 500e

Range: from 135 km

As in the case of the Golf, the FIAT 500e is built on the basis of the regular, petrol version. A bright and small electric car that is hard not to fall in love with. The downsides include the same range. But the price is democratic. In Ukraine, you can buy a FIAT 500e for as little as 8,500 dollars.

Kia Soul

Range: from 155 km

Finally, the last car is the Kia Soul. The manufacturer calls the car a crossover, but experts tend to think it is still a regular hatchback. We, however, believe that the truth is somewhere in between – this car does have SUV elements (high body, considerable ground clearance, plastic body kit). You can buy such a car in Ukraine for 10-12 thousand.
