The new Audi A6 e-tron is the first model built on the PPE platform. It will also be used by the second-generation Porsche Macan crossover, which will also become an electric vehicle. Interestingly, the standard Audi A6 with gasoline and diesel engines will not be discontinued – it will be produced in parallel.

The stylish Audi A6 e-tron sedan features a dynamic profile with a sloping roof and a high window line. The design hints at the features of its older brother Audi e-tron GT. Notably, the door handles are flush, and cameras replace the rearview mirrors.

The conceptual Audi electric vehicle is equipped with two motors with a total power of 476 hp and a torque of 800 N∙m. Its range is 700 km (WLTP cycle), and it can be recharged to 40% in just 10 minutes from a fast 270-kilowatt station. The production model will appear in 2022.
