Let us remind you that until now the price of the Dacia Spring was only announced for Hungary: back in October it was estimated there at 6,490,000 forints, which is approximately 17.7 thousand euros (taking into account state benefits — 3,990,000 forints or 10,900 euros). However, due to the fact that this country has a higher VAT rate, these figures were difficult to transfer to other EU markets.

The Dacia Spring is a fairly simple electric car, whose technical parameters fully correspond to its price tag. Under the hood is an electric motor with a power of 33 kW (45 hp) and a torque of 125 Nm, the car accelerates to a maximum of 125 km/h, and thanks to a 26.8 kWh battery, its range is enough for 225 km in the combined cycle and up to 295 km when driving in the city according to WLTP.

For a full charge from a standard 220 V household network, no more than 14 hours will be required, and when using a Wallbox wall charger with a power of 7.4 kW, about 5 hours. In addition, there is the possibility of fast charging with direct current at 30 kW, which allows you to replenish the energy reserve up to 80% in less than an hour.

For the specified amount, the buyer receives the Comfort trim with a regular air conditioner. There is also a more expensive version — Spring Confort Plus, equipped with a multimedia system with a 7-inch screen. Its cost is 18,490 euros, or 13,498 euros when using a subsidy.

It is worth noting that the Dacia Spring is nothing more than a reworked version of the Renault City K-ZE, which has been sold on the Chinese market since 2019 at a price of 9,000 dollars. One such car was recently brought to Ukraine, which AvtoPortal already wrote about in this publication.
