The new model largely repeats the standard Taycan, but still has its differences. First, it has an increased ground clearance by 20 mm (with Gravel mode – another 10 mm), second – a high roof at the rear and a different tailgate, third – more space for rear passengers (+47 mm for passenger headroom) and a larger trunk (1212 liters with rear seats folded).
In addition, the Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo received protective plastic body cladding, roof rails and a roof spoiler, and a panoramic roof. Moreover, the Taycan Cross is exclusively an all-wheel-drive car, which already comes with adaptive suspension in the base version.
The battery of the Taycan Cross Turismo is one – with a capacity of 93.4 kWh. But there are several powertrains for the electric cars, so it will hit the market in the following versions:
- Taycan 4 Cross Turismo: 280 kW/380 hp (with Overboost and Launch Control function – 350 kW/476 hp), acceleration 0-100 km/h in 5.1 seconds, top speed 220 km/h, range (according to WLTP standards) – 389-456 km.
- Taycan 4S Cross Turismo: 360 kW/490 hp (420 kW/571 hp), acceleration 0-100 km/h in 4.1 seconds, top speed 240 km/h, range (WLTP) 388-452 km.
- Taycan Turbo Cross Turismo: 460 kW/625 hp (500 kW/680 hp), acceleration 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, top speed 250 km/h, range (WLTP) 395-452 km.
- Taycan Turbo S Cross Turismo: 460 kW/625 hp (560 kW/761 hp), acceleration 0-100 km/h in 2.9 seconds, top speed 250 km/h, range (WLTP) 388-419 km.
You can buy the Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo in Ukraine from June 2021. The base version costs almost 2.9 million UAH, and the top model (Turbo S) will cost almost twice as much – 5.7 million.
