The car received the conditional name Renault Grand Duster. And this name is not accidental: it is expected that this will be the largest crossover in the Dacia/budget Renault lineup. In size, it will surpass the same Duster, and the interior will have both 5- and 7-seat configurations.

As for the design of the Renault Grand Duster, KDesign believes that the model will generally retain the appearance of the conceptual Dacia Bigster, but will receive a number of new solutions. For example, its radiator grille will be like that of the large Renault Koleos crossover, and the bumpers will be in the spirit of the Duster. Also, the images of the car show similarities with Volvo crossovers (in this regard, the rear pillars and optics attract attention).

The Dacia Bigster/ Renault Grand Duster will be based on the same platform as the third-generation Logan and Sandero - CMF-B. It is expected that the new product will get a version with factory LPG and at least one hybrid installation.

The crossover will go on sale in 2024. It will compete, among others, with the Nissan X-Trail and Skoda Kodiaq (but will be cheaper).
