Since the Jaguar F-Pace was released to the market, it has remained virtually unchanged. The manufacturer only occasionally released cosmetic changes to keep the car relevant. In 2021, Jaguar again updated the F-Pace model, and although on the outside it looks almost like its predecessor, the updates inside and in the engine lineup are relatively extensive. The 2021 Jaguar SUV features a new engine option, several additional features, and subtle cosmetic updates.

The Jaguar F-Pace is offered in four trims - 250, 250 S, S 340, and R-Dynamic S 400. The 250 variant is equipped with a new 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that produces 243 hp, while the S 340 gets a new 6-cylinder mill with a 3.0-liter turbocharger and a "mild-hybrid" system producing 330 hp. Finally, the R-Dynamic S gets the same engine, but it is tuned to produce 390 hp. To give you an idea of the performance difference, the base model accelerates to 100 km/h in 6.9 seconds, while the R-Dynamic does it in 5.1 seconds. All engines come standard with an eight-speed ZF automatic transmission. The F-Pace also comes standard with all-wheel drive (AWD), drive modes that adjust steering, throttle response, and adaptive dampers (optional).

Inside, it gets a larger touchscreen display along with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. On board is also the latest Jaguar Pivi Pro software. The cabin is also draped in softer touch materials and other details that make it a bit more comfortable. The retractable gear shifter has been replaced with a small lever located next to the drive mode controls. Additionally, it gets new steering from the I-Pace, as well as touch buttons and a simple three-spoke design. Furthermore, ten-color ambient lighting will be included as standard, as well as keyless start and a 14-speaker Meridian sound system.

As already mentioned, the changes on the outside remain subtle. The 2021 Jaguar F-Pace gets a slightly bolder front end with fewer character lines on the hood, as well as new LED headlights that look sleeker, with sporty thin J-shaped DRL blades. The radiator grille is also new and finished in dark black.
