Car and Driver magazine reports that the design of the new crossover will largely repeat the appearance of the LF-1 Limitless concept car, which was shown in 2018 at the New York Auto Show.

The car is expected to be built on the platform of the flagship LS sedan. Base modifications will receive a 420-horsepower engine or a hybrid powertrain with 350 horsepower. For the LQ F version, a unit producing 600 hp is provided.

The starting price of the Lexus LQ will be about 80 thousand dollars, and for the top trim you will have to pay at least 100 thousand. The premiere of the new product is expected in 2021.
