The eco-friendly Hunter looks no different from the version with a gasoline powertrain. The changes affected only the technical part: the SUV was equipped with an electric motor, whose characteristics are not yet disclosed, and a battery with a capacity of 56 to 90 kilowatt-hours (depending on the version). The electric SUV retained plug-in all-wheel drive with a reduction gear.
The UAZ Hunter with zero emissions will be sold in Europe and the UK under the name MWM Spartan. Its price will be announced closer to the launch, scheduled for the third quarter of this year.

As for the right-hand drive Hunter, it will be sold to customers from countries with left-hand traffic, for example, in the UK. The car will go on sale in the fourth quarter of 2020.
UAZ notes a steady interest in the brand's models on the European market. In 2019, sales volume increased by more than 65 percent, and the brand's share grew from six to eight percent of the total number of cars sold in EU countries.
