The official debut of the model will take place on February 6 at an exhibition in Delhi. Judging by the video material, the front part of the body echoes the design of the flagship crossover Palisade, shown in 2018. The car will receive an updated radiator grille, different headlights and a panoramic roof.
The interior is still kept secret. According to forecasts, the crossover will be equipped with a vertical touchscreen of the multimedia system and a fully virtual instrument panel divided into two zones. Dimensions for the Indian market are also not disclosed. The Chinese version has a length of 4300 mm, a width of 1790 mm and a height of 1635 mm. The wheelbase is 2610 mm. Compared to the previous generation, the model has become 10 mm longer, 8 mm higher, and the distance between the axles has increased by 20 mm.
In China, the new Hyundai ix25 will be offered only with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine with 115 hp and a torque of 144 N·m. It is paired with a CVT. Drive is front or all-wheel drive. There is no data on the technology for the Indian market yet.
