According to available information, after the update, the Lada Vesta will get rear-view mirrors of a new shape, which will fold automatically, deeper cup holders, a leather-wrapped steering wheel with a heating function, as well as a multimedia system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
In addition, the Vesta is expected to have a version with a CVT. As is known, the first AvtoVAZ model with such a transmission was the Lada XRay Cross — its sales began in July 2019. The CVT, supplied by the Japanese company Jatco, is paired with a 1.6-liter Renault engine developing 113 horsepower.
Most likely, the updated Lada Vesta will get exactly this combination. It will replace the version with a robotic gearbox, which did not gain much popularity.
