Under the hood of the Volkswagen T-Roc R is a two-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine from the Golf R model, producing 300 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with all-wheel drive and a 7-speed DSG robotic gearbox. The crossover reaches 100 km/h in just 4.9 seconds (the Golf R is 0.2 seconds faster), and the top speed is electronically limited to 250 km/h.
