The crossover is based on the GM E2 platform from the Opel Insignia. The new model is 4599 mm long, 1881 mm wide, and 1627 mm high. The wheelbase is 2799 mm. In the model lineup, the XT4 is positioned one step below the XT5 crossover.

In the XT4's interior, attention is drawn to the rotary selector for controlling the multimedia system, which debuted on Cadillac models, featuring an elegantly recessed 8-inch touchscreen display in the center panel.

The crossover's options list includes all-wheel drive, 20-inch wheels, LED lighting, automatic braking function, surround-view cameras, panoramic roof, and other useful features.

Initially, the XT4 will be offered with only one two-liter turbo engine, producing 241 hp and 350 Nm of torque. The transmission is a 9-speed Hydra-Matic 9T50 automatic.

Orders for the Cadillac XT4 will be accepted in the coming days. The model's price starts at $35,790.
