Cadillac XT5 Mild Hybrid is a mild hybrid in which the gasoline turbo engine (269 hp, 400 Nm) is assisted by a motor-generator producing 9 hp and 49 Nm.
The hybrid XT5 is equipped with a new 9-speed automatic transmission, unavailable in other versions, and consumes an average of 7.9 l/100 km. The crossover takes 8.2 seconds to accelerate to 100 km/h, and the top speed is 210 km/h.
The Cadillac XT5 Mild Hybrid was developed specifically for China, so the model's appearance in other markets is still in question.
