In terms of its dimensions, the Vision E concept is quite close to the Kodiaq model, differing only in greater height and a longer wheelbase. The show car is based on the "electric vehicle" MEB platform, which will eventually be adopted by a whole line of "green" cars.

The powertrain of the Skoda Vision E consists of a pair of electric motors with a total output of 306 hp, capable of accelerating the electric car to 180 km/h. The range is 500 km.

In addition, the concept crossover is equipped with an autopilot and can move autonomously in traffic jams and on the highway, as well as independently drive to a parking spot and return back to its owner.

The production version of the Vision E is expected to appear in 2019, and by 2025 Skoda plans to release at least five electric models.
