Cadillac is preparing to release a new compact crossover that will be positioned one step below the XT5 model.
According to preliminary information, the newcomer will be named XT3 and will be built on the D2XX platform, which also underpins the recently introduced new-generation GMC Terrain.
There is no official technical data yet, but it is quite likely that the crossover will get a 9-speed automatic transmission and two versions with front- and all-wheel drive.
The premiere of the XT3 model is scheduled for the second half of 2018.
