The compact crossover BMW X4 is a new creation of Bavarian engineers. The engine lineup will be represented by three petrol and three diesel units. The power range is from 184 to 313 horsepower. Acceleration to 100 km/h for the xDrive35i version (the most powerful) will take 5.2 seconds, and for the xDrive20i version - 8.1 seconds.
As for engine efficiency, the following data can be provided: the xDrive20d version consumes 5.0-5.4 liters in the combined cycle, the xDrive35i version (the most powerful) consumes 8.3 liters per 100 kilometers.
The transmission, at least for the engines offered in the US market, will be only one - an eight-speed automatic.
