This is a model under the Genesis sub-brand, presented at the New York auto show.
The car currently has concept status, but according to the Koreans, this is approximately what the "premium Hyundai" will look like, which will compete with the BMW 3-Series, Lexus IS, and Mercedes C-Class.
The design of the New York Concept is done in the style of the 2015 Vision G prototype and is equipped with a hybrid powertrain with a total output of 245 hp. Inside, the Genesis New York Concept features expensive finishes (leather, Alcantara, and metal inserts). In addition, there is a 21-inch screen that combines the instrument cluster and the touchscreen of the multimedia system.
According to preliminary data, a production car in the spirit of the concept will appear on the market as early as next year, 2017.
