Why – it's clear as day. It's a fairly mobile and relatively fast means of transport for "minimal" money, and quite often such two-wheelers become a reasonable alternative to public transport, and in big cities – even to cars.
Today, the market offers many options for electric scooters – as they say, for every taste, color, and wallet.
AutoPortal has compiled a list of the best electric scooters within a budget of up to $600 (prices were taken from the hotline.ua portal) that are available in Ukraine.

Xiaomi Mijia M365 is an incredibly popular electric scooter worldwide. And Ukraine is no exception in this regard. The main highlight of the model is its affordable price. The scooter is light and compact, making it easy to carry on public transport. Also, the Mijia M365 has a small charger that easily fits into a bag or even a pocket (unless, of course, we're talking about jeans).
Riding is easy and stable. Among the drawbacks – far from ideal suspension, and the Mijia M365 really "doesn't like" getting wet in the rain.
Xiaomi M365 Pro

An improved version of the regular M365. The main feature is a greater range (1.5 times more). But there are also downsides – slow charging.
Like the regular version, the Pro variant is equipped with disc brakes, ABS, a small screen, a front light, and a rear lamp. Important parameters can be tracked via a special app on your smartphone.
Also, the M365 Pro has a more reliable suspension and an overall more "solid" construction.
Segway Ninebot E22E

A budget electric scooter that doesn't look cheap. It has an LCD display, Bluetooth, and cruise control. Additionally, the E22E has good water resistance.
So where did they save? Unfortunately, on dynamics and range.
The Segway Ninebot E22E has no suspension, but the scooter handles road irregularities well – thanks to large wheels (9-inch) made of pneumatic material.

Segway Ninebot ES4 is one of the fastest scooters in the budget price category. It also has good safety – the electric front brake ensures smooth stopping (and if you need to stop quickly and abruptly, there's a brake on the fender). Additionally, the scooter is equipped with a wide footrest, but there is one serious drawback – no height adjustment. That is, it won't suit everyone. But otherwise – it's the best electric scooter for minimal money that can quickly and safely deliver its owner from point A to point B.
Gelius Effort Pro

Gelius Effort Pro has increased load capacity, but it also weighs more itself. 17 kg – that hardly qualifies as mobile. However, the Effort Pro combines key characteristics (dynamics, range) and equipment well – it has cruise control, a rear electronic E-ABS brake, LED lighting (though the front brake is a drum brake…).
