Even at the end of last year, people's deputies excluded clause 24.7 from the current version of the traffic rules, but, as it turned out at AvtoPortal, drivers still regularly call the State Automobile Inspectorate hotline with complaints about the actions of employees who, in their opinion, unfairly treat motorists with more than three years of experience who teach others to drive independently. Such calls come in almost every day.
In this regard, it is worth recalling: according to current regulations, only instructors who have the appropriate permits for this type of activity have the right to teach driving.
And those who wish to personally pass on driving skills to their relatives can do so only on closed areas.
