This is evidenced by the large number of Lexus RX vehicles in Ukraine, driven by women. However, the new generation of the model, apparently, will significantly expand the circle of buyers and interest men. The RX 2016 shown in Frankfurt received a bolder and more expressive design.
The car has grown by 120 mm in length (up to 4,890 mm) and by 10 mm in width (up to 1,895 mm). Notably, the wheelbase has increased by 50 mm, which has a positive effect on the free space in the cabin. The new RX has adopted the front panel design and screens in the style of the younger NX model.
The Lexus RX will be available with three powertrain options: RX 200t with a turbocharged two-liter engine producing 238 horsepower (with front or all-wheel drive), RX 350 with a 3.5-liter engine delivering 296 hp, and RX 450h with a hybrid system including a 3.5-liter V6 with 263 hp.
