Head of Cadillac company Johan de Nysschen unexpectedly decided to resign due to disagreements with the management of General Motors concern.
De Nysschen worked at Cadillac for only 4 years, and before that he held the presidential post at Infiniti. Johan answered evasively about the reasons for leaving GM, but still mentioned some disagreements.
Steven Carlisle has been appointed as the new president of the Cadillac brand, who previously headed the Canadian division of General Motors. Carlisle is a true veteran of the GM concern, where he has been working for over 35 years.
